It’s time…
March 19, 2004Seems there just isn’t enough of it… or at least not enough of it to do with it what I want to do with it. By the time there’s time, it’s time for something else…
Yesterday I walked through fallen leaves on my way to no place in particular… I looked up and down and over and around… I saw birds in flight and the flight of small creatures… I stopped time, and saved it in binary form… This was just another day, under blue skies… I walked alone, looked alone, and searched alone… and while that’s fine, it’s this type of flight that makes me want to fly… it’s this type of flight that makes me question my own flight…
To where am I flying? Escaping? Thumbing through yesterday, while watching today become tomorrow… Everything becomes empty… Emptiness becomes full again, and back to empty. It’s my own doing, and it had been done so many years ago, there’s just nothing that can be done about it now…
And it all comes from the heart… My search and my confusion and my flight…
See, even now I am flying…
